Summoned to the stage September 2009, Apeman enjoyed a short-lived unity until fate dispersed its members to far-off corners of the world. A four-piece attic-punk band fueled by a primeval energy. As confused by the implications of the modern world on human morality as they were by their own instruments, Apeman is the best band Brooklyn never had. This is the sound of a generation coming to terms with its own identity, against a backdrop of senseless consumerism and over-hyped songs that nobody wants to hear.
